WSCHS is in a healthy financial position with excellent reserve funds. We have a good relationship with BC Housing, who has commended the board on its management practices. We currently operate two buildings, Sunrise Manor with 25 one-bedroom units and our newest building, Sunfield Manor with 62 units, providing low-end market and rent-geared-to-income units to seniors (55+) and people with designated disabilities.   Sunfield has replaced our older Seafield building which has since been demolished.  

 We are an active member of the BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA) which is the provincial umbrella organization for the non-profit housing sector across British Columbia. Over 500 non-profit housing societies manage more than 65,000 units of long-term, affordable housing in over 2,500 buildings across the province.
